Who we are

CineGen is an AI video production platform operated by AIon X LLC ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United States and founded by Casey Shore. You can reach us any time at hello@aionapp.org.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and profile details when you create an account or sign in with Google.
• Content you create — projects, storyboards, characters, uploaded media, and generated video, audio, and images, stored so the product can function.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how the app is used, collected through Google Analytics for Firebase.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate CineGen: authentication, project storage, rendering, and export.
• To process your prompts and media through AI service providers (such as Google Cloud AI and ElevenLabs) solely to generate the content you request.
• To respond to support requests and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private projects to train our own models.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage) in the United States. Media you upload and content you generate remain private to your account unless you explicitly share them.

Your choices

• You can update your profile or change your password from Settings at any time.
• You can delete projects, characters, and media from within the app.
• To delete your account and associated data entirely, email hello@aionapp.org and we will process the request within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
