1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of CineGen, an AI video production platform operated by AIon X LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use CineGen.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the media you upload and the content you generate with CineGen. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content back to you in order to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any media you upload.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use CineGen to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or intended to deceive (including non-consensual likenesses or fraudulent impersonation).
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits, or access other users' data.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Plans and billing

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access for the remainder of the billing period.

6. Disclaimers

CineGen is provided "as is". AI-generated output can be inaccurate or imperfect — review it before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIon X LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
